I have never heard of someone who has never been criticized. No matter your profession, the more successful you become, the more criticisms you will attract. Even those who don't attempt anything reasonable attract criticism once in a while.
Being criticized is not a problem if you develop a positive way of dealing with it. The former British prime minister, Winston Churchill, framed on the wall of his office one of the most powerful quotes of Abraham Lincoln: "I do the very best I can, I mean to keep going. If the end brings me out all right, then what is said against me won't matter. If I'm wrong, ten angels swearing I was right won't make a difference."
Winston Churchill and Abraham Lincoln received so much criticisms during their lifetime but that didn't deter them from becoming the best leaders in their generation. If you want to succeed in life, it will take great courage and determination to make it to the top. And when you're at the top, you still require the same boldness to maintain your stability.
Someone once said, "All the water in the world won't sink your boat if it doesn't get inside." From today, rise above every criticism people throw at you. Make sure your values are without blemish and stand upright for your convictions. Don't be afraid of opposition, aim for the best and we shall meet at the top.
This is your day: Remember, criticisms are part of life; they either make you or mar you.
